We came here for the first time and it had been nothing but amazing. The food was delicious and for someone who doesn't eat pork. The options were plentiful. You also have a walk up bar to get allllllll of the toppings you desire. Did I mentioned it's all you can eat within 2 hours? Well yes. Just make your selections on the tablet and a cart comes wheeling in with your food of choice. Also be mindful of the amount of food you order, go slow because the service is fast.

My family and I have been long-time regulars at this restaurant, but after our experience yesterday, we are deeply disappointed and concerned about their food safety standards. We were a party of 10, celebrating what should have been a pleasant meal, but it turned into a health nightmare. During the last round of our meal, my cousin—who loves watercress—added a large amount to the pot. After we had already begun eating, we discovered numerous freshwater amphipods (aquatic parasites/insects) floating in the broth, having come directly off the "fresh" watercress. When we alerted the staff, the server was apologetic and professional. However, the Manager's response was appalling. Instead of taking responsibility, the manager: • Claimed this was "normal" and that there was "nothing to worry about" regarding parasites on the vegetables. • Failed to offer a sincere apology, showing a complete lack of empathy for our health concerns. • Attempted to resolve the issue by simply offering to "change the broth"—as if we would want to continue eating after seeing a swarm of insects in our food. To make matters worse, despite the fact that my cousin lost his appetite and the entire table was rev

New place that has been open for about 8 months in the what used to be Rack House... to the right of Mitsuwa. Cute redesign and ample space... cant wait until the patio is open in summer... the pending café looks good too. Went at 12 noon for lunch ($31) wsit it was Sunday... so the higher menu price (40?) maybe I didnt pay so... and I was so full by the end ... I was forcing dessert and think I will call it quits for the day on any more meals. Walked around Mitsuwa afterwards to try and walk off this sushi hotpot and Korean BBQ ... wowsa. Didn't last long too long. Food coma hit hard in an hour. Wonderfully fun afternoon!!!

Great ayce kbbq and hotpot place! Meats are fresh and well-marinated, not too salty. Variety of protein options including meat and seafood. Veggie bar is always stocked up and clean. Sauce bar has so many different options for everyone. Hotpot soups are flavorful and tasty. Dessert is limited to about 3 choices. Free soda drinks is a plus. My favorites are short ribs and pork cheeks! Overall it’s a great spot to dine. Great food, great staffs. Holidays and weekends are expected to wait longer than an hour.

Our server Allen was amazing. Let me first get that out the way. The atmosphere was amazing as well. It was just the food. The rating is based mostly on the food. It was highly disappointing. I rate the food a 4-4.5/10 and my friend rates it 6/10. So me and my friend order the clear broth that our server said was chicken based for our hotpot. We get it because it’s chicken and chicken as a lot of flavor. We also order some Hawaiian Beef Bulgogi and Angus Beef Brisket to start for the BBQ. When they brought out the clear broth, we tried it and it tasted like dirty dish water. It was so bland, had no flavor at all. Not even a lick of chicken flavor. My friend decided to keep his broth, while I ordered the spicy broth cause the clear broth was so bland. So I got the Traditional Szechuan Spicy broth. And when I got it, it wasn’t really spicy, but it was on the sweet side. I told our server that and he was surprised. He stated that he never had anyone say that about that broth before. I couldn’t keep eating it. So I left it to eat the BBQ. The beef brisket was underwhelming, the serving was so small, it could barely feed one person. The quality of meat was not there. The only meat that
